Arthur’s First Steps

This afternoon Mummy went to a parenting class at Bible Baptist Church. Arthur joined Ellie & Amirah and some other children playing there. It was a nice opportunity for Arthur to play.

Mummy collected from Amirah’s house in the morning. From there Mummy & Arthur went to Church. Arthur went to little Church all on his own. He keeps growing so fast. One minute Arthur is wearing baby clothes and the next Arthur is doing things all on his own!

After church Daddy took Mummy & Arthur to eat at King Edward’s Golf Club in Onchan. And best of all, we all went to fly a kite at Douglas Head! Arthur did not want to go home!

It was a lovely day, so we headed off for a picnic at the Arboretum. We fed the Ducks and Arthur even made a couple of new friends.

We even found time for Arthur to play on the swings in Douglas.

In the evening Arthur went to Amirah’s house to spend the night!

After school Mummy and Arthur headed to the Onchan Play Group. Ellie and Amirah were there. Arthur claimed that Ellie pushed him twice!! It is so odd to see Arthur tell tales!

Arthur was given a toy from playgroup and some playdoh! He was really happy with them.

We went to Tesco after playgroup. We even bought a gingerbread man which Arthur enjoyed decorating.

Arthur had his second swimming lesson. Arthur always seems to have a wonderful time swimming. We had a snack with Amirah and her Mummy when the class was over.

Mummy took Arthur to the Health Visitor today. Emma, the health visitor gave us a telephone number of an Educational Psychologist to speak to regarding Arthur. Hopefully it will help with dealing with the Department of Education!

We went out to Aroma to eat Chinese though Arthur wanted KFC! However Arthur quickly gave in when he saw Chocolate Cake!

Arthur had to say Bye to Grandpapa before he went to school as Grandpapa was leaving while Arthur was at school.

On the way to school Arthur proclaimed, “I love her” about his teacher.

After school, Amirah came over and played with Arthur.

Daddy also bought Arthur some plimsolls for school. Arthur is soon going to be demanding Designer Children’s Clothes to go with all his new shoes! He will probably be after European Children’s Clothes and won’t be content with Disney wear. Uncle Randolph will be so proud to see Arthur in Armani or D&G!

Arthur started school at the Montessori today. Mummy & Daddy walked Arthur to school for 8.45am. He seemed to have a really good day. Apparently he did “Puzzles”.

Mummy then took Arthur into town to buy Arthur some new slippers. Mummy bought Arthur a pair of Roary Slippers that light up and a pair of Spider Man Trainers that also light up!

Mummy & Arthur went with Grandpapa for dinner at Alessandro’s. Arthur wanted to go to KFC but then was happy to go to Alessandro’s as long as he could eat Pasta. He did not want Pizza!

This morning Arthur attended Little Church for the first time. It seemed to go well. Both Mummy & Daddy stayed with him in little school. Maybe next time he may go alone!! He is growing up so fast!

We went to the Hilton for lunch again.

Arthur had a little treat today. Amirah came to stay the night!! Arthur was overjoyed. Amirah was a bit hesitant and missed her Mummy loads. Probably because last time she stayed over it was for a few days as her Mummy was in hospital.
