Grandpapa’s Birthday

It was Grandpapa’s Birthday today. It was also the start of Half Term. Sadly Arthur does not have half-term holidays. It also means that he does not have afternoon activities.

Ghostly!

Mummy made a silly mistake because she forgot the time change. So we headed to church twice. After church we went to lunch at the Hilton. After lunch Arthur had a ghostly treat on a scary halloween train ride. Arthur went dressed as a Wizard!

Theatre

We took Arthur to the theatre today to watch Orpheus in the Underworld! He seemed to enjoy it. The best bit was as the dancers came out to dance the “can can” he sighed and seemed to fall into a blissful sleep!

Playgroup

After school we went to the Onchan playgroup. While Arthur played with Amirah and Ellie, Mummy gave out the photos that she took last time. Sadly there was no ballet class as it fell under “half term”!

Back to Normal

It was nice to being back to Normal. Arthur went to school and then went for his swimming class. It is amazing how quickly Arthur fell back into his routine.

Back Home

Arthur slept all the way through Staines oblivious to being there. He woke up at the end of our taxi journey back to Luton. There was a delay on our flight but other than that it all went well. It meant that we missed Arthur’s music class but at least we were together as a family.

Fly back to UK

Aunty Jo took Arthur shopping and to the swings today. We think Aunty Jo will miss Arthur loads, and he will miss her loads too!

We caught a Ryan Air flight back to the UK, which went really smoothly. Grandmama came with us. Arthur was fast asleep as soon as we hit the car to go to Staines.

Gallaria

We went to Gallaria Shopping Centre today. It was quite an experience. Arthur was the recipient of many a gift! In the evening we went to Grabiel for dinner.

Samuel’s Christening

We went to Samuel’s Christening. He was Christened Samuel Benjamin. Arthur made some new friends and was able to play with his cousin “Nina”.

When we left, we planned to go swimming but the sea did not look nice. So we went to the cinema instead and watched Kung Fu Panda. Grandpapa & Aunty Jo came with us.

Warmer Day

It was a lovely day, so we hit the beach at St Thomas Bay. Aunty Jo came with us. Even Uncle Roderick & Lisa joined us for a while. Mummy had to swim after Arthur’s ball when it floated away really quickly.

We went to eat Chinese with Grandmama, Grandpapa & Aunty Jo. Uncle Roderick & Karl came too!

We also had donuts later too!
